The selected TAB d.d. brand module offers an extended warranty, which means that the module could be repaired or replaced, refunded or otherwise remedied, free of charge, in the event that the goods do not function properly or do not have the characteristics specified in the warranty card, even after the expiry of the general warranty period.
The duration of the extended warranty is 5 years, subject to prior registration.
The extended warranty is exercised by registering the module on the http://warranty.tab.si website within 30 days of purchase. Successful registration requires the provision of all the required information on the website and acknowledgement of the General Terms and Conditions.
Your personal data will be carefully stored and will not be disclosed to third parties.
After registration, the customer will receive an extended warranty certificate from TAB d.d. by email, which will allow him to exercise the rights set out in the General Terms and Conditions published on the website http://warranty.tab.si. If the Buyer does not receive the certificate at his e-mail address, he should send a notification to the following e-mail address servis@tab.si, subject: EXTENDED WARRANTY. The buyer will receive a reply from TAB d.d. within 2 days. If the Buyer does not receive a reply within the period, the Seller has not received the Buyer's notification and the notification must be forwarded again to the email address.
The extended warranty is valid upon presentation of all the following documents:
original invoice from the seller
extended warranty certificate
The extended warranty does not apply if the information on the certificate and the information on the original invoice are different.
In the event of misuse of the Extended Warranty Certificate, TAB d.d. will take appropriate legal action against the offender.
